Title of Position - Assistant Pastry Chef
Job Description: The Assistant Pastry Chef will need to have high volume and full-service experience. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. This person must be able to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong knowledge of P&L. The Assistant Pastry Chef will be responsible for all equipment sanitation and maintenance, and must be able to communicate effectively to delegate such tasks appropriately and diligently, following the strictest standards and procedures set in place.
Benefits: $70,000 to $75,000; based on experience

Qualifications:
· The Assistant Pastry Chef must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
· A passion for mentoring and developing others is necessary for the Assistant Pastry Chef
· As solid track record in achieving financial results is necessary for the Assistant Pastry Chef
· The Assistant Pastry Chef must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
· The Assistant Pastry Chef should always make themselves available to the restaurant
