Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for fine dining and a proven track record in high-end hospitality settings. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing exquisite menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction in our Restaurants, Bars and Banquet Space.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Create and update seasonal menus that highlight local and international flavors, ensuring variety and creativity.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to source the finest ingredients and negotiate favorable terms.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in culinary arts with at least 5 years in a leadership role at an upscale or luxury hotel with strong stability while overseeing multiple outlets
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Skills: Exceptional culinary skills, innovative menu planning, strong leadership, effective communication, and financial acumen t
- Certifications: ServSafe Food Safety and Sanitation certifications required
