Salary: $80,000 per year + Bonus and Benefits

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and elevate the dining experience.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the management team to drive profitability, optimize guest satisfaction, and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale dining establishment.
Culinary degree or equivalent education and training.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional creativity and passion for culinary arts, keeping up with industry trends and techniques.
Knowledge of food and labor cost controls, menu development, and food safety regulations.

Laura’s work in the hospitality industry started when she moved from Michigan, where she studied at Eastern Michigan University to Portland, Oregon. Her career began as the catering sales manager at the Red Lion Hotel in downtown Portland. Looking for a better fit for her family, Laura went to work for Tiffany Food service.
