Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and Manage All FOH Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service standards.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train, supervise, and schedule FOH staff to maintain efficient service and a positive work environment.
- Guest Satisfaction: Enforce procedures for guest satisfaction and effectively handle complaints to enhance customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure availability to meet customer demands.
- Quality, Cleanliness, and Safety: Maintain high standards in the dining area to ensure a top-tier dining atmosphere.
- Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and comprehensive menu knowledge.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and boost restaurant profitability.
- Reservation and Event Management: Manage restaurant reservations and private event bookings efficiently.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a FOH manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with an ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of restaurant management software and basic accounting principles.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required with significant industry experience.
