Key Responsibilities of General Manager
- Outstanding Service: Ensure your team provides superior service and delighted guests.
- Team Building: Hire, develop, and lead the team to success.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage restaurant operations using AES Systems for precise forecasting and scheduling.
- Comprehensive Controls: Implement and maintain effective restaurant controls, focusing on cash and inventory management.
- Achievement of Objectives: Set and reach your restaurant's goals in terms of service quality, operational standards, and financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Certification: ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
- Physical Capability: Ability to work in varying temperatures, stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders for general maintenance.
- Flexibility: Ability to perform various motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching.
