Title of Position: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager is responsible for delivering financial, and operational and people growth.   Must have a strong understanding and ability to manage food costs and labour targets and experience hiring, training and mentoring a team. The Chef will strive to exceed the company’s standard and mentor the kitchen staff. As a manager for our company, you must be highly motivated, hardworking, energetic, experienced and fully capable of leading a team of culinary professionals.

Qualifications:
· The Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

· High volume experience of 3+ years’ experience as a Chef is necessary for this position
