We are seeking a Project Manager And Architect Engineering Director to join our team! You will be responsible for the project management across a wide scope of the facility.
DC area educational facility
$130K base salary
Full and extensive benefits package with generous PTO
Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or a related field
Minimum of ten (10) years of senior level experience in project management
Strong experience working collaboratively with project managers and accountants to develop and track budgets, raise financial risks with solutions to address those risks, and develop executive reporting of the budgets for financial and project management leadership
Extensive Knowledge of Auto Cad and Facility Management software
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement large projects
- Direct and lead the work of technical staff
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in information technology or other related fields, project management, engineering and architecture.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
