Salary: Up to $60,000 (depending upon experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our beloved local brand in Charlotte, NC. As the heart of our business, we need a talented leader who is passionate about maintaining exceptional standards of service and food quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume, full-service kitchen and front-of-house operation, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the restaurant. As a strong and effective leader, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with extensive experience in managing financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, full-service dining establishment, with a proven track record of driving profitability and success. You should be adept at managing all areas of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory, budgeting, and customer service.
