Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in upholding our policies and procedures. They focus on various aspects including talent identification, conducting interviews and hiring, as well as making personal decisions regarding the restaurant team. Leading as an example and embodying our values and culture is paramount to them too.
Additionally, the Assistant Manager ensures the smooth running of the business by creating schedules that meet our requirements and prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences. They also maintain financial responsibility and contribute to sales growth, while effectively managing the restaurant's budget.

Qualifications:
· The Assistant Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
· A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the Assistant Manager
· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Assistant Manager must posses
· High volume restaurant experience of 2-3+ years as an Assistant Manager is a must for this position
