We are currently seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC! As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the daily operations of the restaurant. With our commitment to providing exceptional food and service, we are looking for a dedicated leader who can maintain our high standards while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and career growth
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
