Associate Manager Position in Brookhaven, Atlanta, GA 30319

As part of our management team, the Associate Manager plays a key role in inspiring and guiding our team members, ensuring all positions and tasks are executed to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience. This position is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, respectful, and efficient work environment while managing operational costs effectively. This opportunity is with an independently owned franchise restaurant located in the heart of Brookhaven, Atlanta, GA 30319.
Our Associate Managers are courteous, reliable, independent thinkers, and excellent decision-makers. They foster a culture of empowerment and enjoyment in serving our guests while maintaining profitability and operational excellence. Adherence to our training systems is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and motivation to the team
- Ensure execution of all roles, tasks, and responsibilities
- Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, and efficient work environment
- Manage operational and product costs effectively
Benefits:

- Base salary of $50-55k plus bonus and benefits
Requirements:
- Some managerial experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication, supervisory, and guest service skills
- Computer literacy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Software

- Valid driver's license and insurance
