Title of Position – Restaurant Manager / Store Lead
Job Description: The Store Lead for our company must bring a positive attitude to work daily and set high standards for all team members. The person in this position must be able to delegate with enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude. Interpersonal skills and guest relations will be required to handle and resolve any staff or guest conflicts effectively. The Store Lead will understand how to build a strong and successful team and lead them towards common goals and objectives. Additionally, the Store Lead will optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs through an extensive understanding of P&L management. The Store Lead will be responsible for forecasting and preparing work schedules to fulfill operational needs, conducting meetings with the staff, and upholding all opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
- High volume experience in a fast-paced environment for 3+ years
