Restaurant Service Manager
Salary up to $60,000, depending upon experience
Do you have what it takes to lead an amazing team in providing top-notch service and delicious food? We are searching for a Service Manager who can oversee all Front of House operations while providing excellent customer service, managing employees, and enforcing our high standards of quality. We are a full-service restaurant seeking a Service Manager with a passion for hand-crafted food and superior guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies
- Ensure superior guest service
- Coordinating and directing all Front of House training
- Directing work for employees
- Creating a fun, safe environment
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in service management
- Proven ability to manage a team of employees
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Passion for providing superior guest service
