As the Merchandising Manager for Golf and Racquet your duties would include:

• Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to align with our overall vision and direction.

• Building and maintaining successful relationships with vendors.

• Attending trade shows to stay updated on the latest market trends and merchandise.

• Managing pricing and product display strategies to optimize profits.

• Planning and executing special sales promotions in line with premier country club standards.

• Designing and implementing seasonal merchandise plans to boost peak sales.

Prospective candidates must meet these qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-years merchandising experience preferably in a Golf Shop or Tennis/Pickleball setting.

• Must be a member of the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale, and Inventory Management systems.

• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Must be self-motivated, professional, and capable of working in a flexible schedule including weekends and weekdays.

• Hold a minimum of an Associate’s degree (A.S) and have 2-4 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
