Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment
- Proficient in a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
