Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant Assistant Manager must work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and verifying temperature of products. The Restaurant Assistant Manager must transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart, when required. It is of the utmost importance to regularly clean and sanitize workstations and equipment. The Restaurant Assistant Manager must have the personality and skill set to teach and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading through example and confidence.
