Title of Position: General ManagerÂ
Salary: $65k to $70k plus 1% of net hotel monthly income.
Job Responsibilities: The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations of the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest and client relations. The General Manager provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service expectations, maximizing operations, overall guest satisfaction to maximize profitability. The General Manager must plan, organize, direct and coordinate the operations of all Front Desk, Housekeeping, Sales and Engineering. The General Manager also evaluates changes in guest needs, industry and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to be made to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, in order to maintain market dominance and achieve exceptional financial returns.Â

Qualifications:Â
·       The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operationÂ
·       2+ years of hotel management experience is necessary for the General ManagerÂ
·       The General Manager must have a proven track record in the hotel industry demonstrating achievement of outstanding profit and guest service-related goalsÂ
