Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Description: As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with company objectives. Your role will involve creating and curating engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will analyze social media performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging, and stay informed on the latest trends and best practices. Engaging with followers to foster brand loyalty, overseeing daily operations, managing content calendars, leading campaigns, and collaborating with the PR Team to integrate influencer marketing seamlessly are all key aspects of this role. Monitoring SEO and customer engagement to optimize content further adds value to your responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar role
- Profound understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and content creation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to extract insights from data
- Preferred experience with social media in the Food Industry
