Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to guarantee excellent guest service and top-quality food.
• Inventory Management: Manage supply ordering, monitor inventory, and control costs to maximize efficiency.
• Financial Oversight: Regularly review Profit and Loss statements and take action to enhance business performance.
• Team Scheduling: Create schedules that align with sales volume and deliver business results.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with all health and food safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to build a strong, high-performing crew.
• Asset Protection: Implement operational controls to safeguard company resources.
• Marketing: Drive local store marketing efforts to engage with the community and grow our loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; some college is a bonus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in full-service casual dining.
• Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
• Skills:
• Expertise in P&L analysis, cash handling, and food cost control.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Excel and Word.
• Other Requirements:
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
• Successful completion of a background check.
