$85,000 - $95,000 base
We have an immediate opening for a qualified restaurant General Manager for a premium restaurant in the DC area. This is considered a high-profile, high visibility venue, a new unit opening with a rapidly growing concept. The opportunity to bench and advance to the Director of Operations level is very realistic. If you have 3+ years of experience as a restaurant General Manager in the upscale casual/premium casual segment then please reach out for more information.
Experience running a $4M+ annual operation, strong leadership to the entire team including the Executive Chef, and thorough knowledge of the P&L is essential. This position comes with an above-average compensation range commensurate with experience, generous trimmings including benefits and profit incentives
