Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing all facets of restaurant operations. Including assisting in the preparation of operational budgets, achieving sales and profit levels, ensure food quality, guest service and satisfaction, as well as restaurant cleanliness. This Restaurant Manager will perform restaurant operation duties as needed including host, server, answering the phone, bussing tables, prepping menu and beverage items, line cooking, catering, bartending, TOGO, expediting orders and running food. As the Restaurant Manager you will abide by company standard operating practices and absolutes, and maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
