AGM - Growing Restaurant Concept
Job Description
- Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Uphold and reinforce our brand's strong culture and values, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and enhance brand recognition.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to elevate the skills and performance of team members.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably as an Assistant General Manager or similar position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic office applications.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
