Area Coach – Area Manager Salary up to $95,000 + Bonuses + Allowances

We’re searching for an Area Coach with the desire to make every guest experience excellent.
Title of Position: Area Coach – Area Manager
Job Description: As our Area Coach you’ll be responsible for the all overall functions of the restaurants. You will be responsible for locations within Raleigh, and the surrounding market – reporting responsibilities of up to 5 stores. This position requires travel. The Area Coach will set a positive tone for the restaurant with a great attitude and professional demeanor. Communicating with Regional Supervisors and Management teams with be the most important function. The Area Coach will need to see the restaurant from different perspectives and make beneficial improvements to increase sales, increase retention rates and comply with Corporate standards. Training and developing the staff will be assisted by the management team but ultimately the responsibility of the Area Coach. Ensuring that everyone is in compliance with company policies as well as maintaining health and safety standards will be an ongoing function of the Area Coach. Administrative functions along with financial accountability are entrusted into the hands of our Area Coach. It will also be expected that the management team is developed to become experienced in these functions as well. This position reports to the Regional Operations Director.
Qualifications:
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Area Coach
- The Area Coach must be proficient in achieving positive financial results
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Area Coach
- 5 years of multi-unit operations within restaurants is preferred
- The Area Coach candidate should demonstrate analytical and leadership capabilities and have the willingness and ability to support management across all area of the company

Adele began her career in a full service casual chain restaurant. She has a natural talent for success. She worked her way up from an entry level position to a Service Manager and her supervisor wanted her at the highest volume location in the company. During her time there she was appointed as the mentor of the FOH training program, as well as supporting the training for four other locations. She was the mentor in her spare time while she helped open new locations! She said “Who needs rest! I’m busy!” She was the point person for new restaurant opening staffing. Interviews, interviews and more interviews! She understands the urgency that surrounds the hiring process. She then worked for a Food Services Contract Company as a Retail Services Manager. Always driving for success she gained skills in menu development, retail design, and marketing. Once again, she was called on to support over 20 locations by hosting monthly marketing calls, site visits, and opening new account locations.
Over the years, Adele has never lost focus service. She is passionate about her work and will do what it takes to always provide the very best service by going above and beyond. Her management style is fair, inclusive, and business minded. She has a strong attention to detail and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
Adele is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports on the weekends, and cooking with her husband.
