We are seeking an Area Director - Restaurant Operations - Lunch/Catering/Sandwich -No Late Nights to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Local market, local travel, no overnight travel.
Span of 5 locations
Busy lunch and catering, in house-delivery
Comprehensive medical benefits and top tier compensation/bonus plan
Salary $85K - $95K base
We prefer fast casual style Area Director experience from reputable brands, either corporate or franchise.
If you have Area Director level experience with concepts like McAlister's. Sweetgreen, Five Guys, Qdoba or Jason's Deli then you will be aligned with the style of concept.
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
