Area Director of Restaurant Operations
Salary Rangy $85-$95,000.00 + Bonus 

Richmond, Virginia - Chesapeake, Virginia market.

We operate in the full service segment, nationwide and have an immediate opening for a multi-unit manager – Area Director position.
Our brand is built on the highest quality menu offerings, extensive dine out as well as dine in operations.

We are a non-bar, family friendly brand.
Our multi-unit, Area Directors’ have responsibility for 5-7 locations.
If you have 2 + years’ successful multi-unit experience in the fast casual or full service/family segment, AUV $1.5M+ we are interested in reviewing your profile.

Area Director’s will need a track record of exceeding established metrics, providing exemplary leadership, team building and deliver top line growth with flow through to the bottom line.
