Title of Position: Restaurant Area Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Area Manager maintains accountability for the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant; the continuous delivery of customer service to all guests; the maintenance of restaurant quality; the leadership and growth of team members; the creation and maintenance of an environment of trust, credibility, pride and respect. The Restaurant Area Manager exercises independent judgment and sets the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. The Restaurant Area Manager will ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and managed in a consistent manner.

Qualifications

·       The Restaurant Area Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

·       A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Area Manager

·       A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Area Manager

·       The Restaurant Area Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

·       The Restaurant Area Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times

·       The Restaurant Area Manager will be responsible for locations in 4 major cities
