Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors.

· Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

· Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and reside within the designated regional area.

· Proven experience in managing and executing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on leadership roles.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people, including community organizations and educational institutions.
