Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all engineering operations within the hotel, ensuring seamless and efficient function.
  • Manage and execute maintenance projects, adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
