 Position:Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

Job Responsibilities: Our Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will execute Banquet Event Orders to ensure functions run smoothly and direct their team to ensure the best experience. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will work closely with the Supervisor to ensure successful event execution, while overseeing employee breaks, set-up and breakdown, and clearly understand the expectations of the Banquet Server position.  The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is also responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all banquet and contract labor staff, conducting monthly department meetings, and scheduling all banquet employees within the approved budget. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage will work to provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates.

Qualifications:

·  Our Assistant Director of Food and Beverage must have previous Banquet and Restaurant experience leading a team .

.   Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

·   The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage must be hard-working and energetic

·   Knowledge of industry trends is necessary for the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

·    The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage must have experience with both corporate business conferences/ meetings and weddings
