About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in directing and managing the food and beverage team to uphold service excellence.

- Support menu planning, costing, and inventory management in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training for staff to foster a culture of growth and professionalism.

About You
We’re looking for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in food and beverage management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of F&B leadership experience—preferably in a resort or upscale setting.
- Strong understanding of service standards and operational best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
