Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel. The Assistant General Manager will work alongside the General Manager and the rest of the hotel’s leadership team. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for maintaining standards for guest and employee satisfaction and managing costs within budget. This position will also recruit, train and manage employees to deliver quality service and meet revenue goals, including incentive programs and colleague engagement. The Assistant General Manager will manage guest satisfaction surveys, reviews, and responses on social media.
Salary: $60,000 + Relocation

Qualifications:
· The Assistant General Manager must have 3+ years of experience as in a Hospitality Management role.
· The Assistant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
· Trust, honesty, integrity, and a passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Assistant General Manager
· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Assistant General Manager must possess
