Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and train staff to uphold high service standards
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to boost profitability and efficiency
• Maintain inventory and control systems to minimize waste and loss
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Address customer concerns and feedback to ensure positive dining experiences
• Support the General Manager in administrative tasks and decision-making
• Participate in the hiring process and conduct performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in team development and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Proficient in computer and restaurant management software
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
