Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our restaurant. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the selection, development, and performance of the front-of-house hospitality staff, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will also be the primary point of contact for the front-of-house team and must be available to assist them while managing the restaurant's operational functions.

Qualifications:

·        The Assistant General Manager must be extremely guest-orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity

·        Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager

·        The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Assistant General Manager

·        The Assistant General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

·        This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant General Manager
