Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Manager is a thoughtful, well-rounded individual who is skilled at supervising and troubleshooting restaurant operations. They monitor and supervise compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices, and establish and maintain the highest possible standards for food quality. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the profit and loss of the restaurant, minimizing controllable expenses, and maximizing sales and profits. Additionally, they recruit, interview, hire, and retain top-quality employees.

Qualifications
·      A minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the Assistant General Manager
·      The Assistant General Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
·      The Assistant General Manager must be able to demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
·      Open availability is a requirement for the Assistant General Manager
