Job Description:

As an Assistant General Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in managing all aspects of our hotel operations. Your duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, leading the hotel staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations.

• Oversee the front office, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed goals.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and respond to feedback and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel management, with a focus on front office operations and sales.

• Hilton experience is preferred, but not required.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Excellent customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g. Cloudbeds, Opera).

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
