Our QSR in Binghamton, NY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help us deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and drive success. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play an integral role in managing daily operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. You'll also have the chance to work closely with our dedicated team members, management staff, and outside vendors to maintain high standards across all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the restaurant management team to achieve desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention.
• Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance.
• Train and develop team members for success.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in team building and training.
• 3+ years of AGM/GM experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
• Highly motivated with an impressive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
