Looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team in Arlington, VA! If you are passionate about leading by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of retail sales workers
Optimize efficiency by adjusting daily schedules for shift personnel
Train and evaluate employees
Track monthly results for accurate business forecasting
Resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields
Excellent written and communication skills
