Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: As the Assistant General Manager you will be second in command of the restaurant. The ability to lead by example and provide a professional and encouraging atmosphere will lead to the success of our Assistant General Manager. Some of the principal areas of focus for our Assistant General Manager will be recruiting new talent, interviewing and hiring new staff members in addition to maintaining adherence to our culture and values. A Professional Assistant General Manager will also be able to make employment and termination decisions. Ensuring great service and food quality will be the responsibility of the Assistant General Manager. Administrative functions such as inventory and labor control, product ordering and daily/weekly reports will be maintained by our Assistant General Manager. This position is ideal for an individual with aspirations to grow into the title of General Manager.

  • The Assistant General Manager must have a high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Assistant General Manager
  • The Assistant General Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Assistant General Manager
