Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant, overseeing daily operations and driving satisfactory results through people development, sales, and profit growth. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing staff members, ensuring they understand and embody our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a food service supervisor role in a restaurant is a must for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
- The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have a true desire to mentor and develop others.
- Proficiency in achieving solid finances for the organization is essential for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
- The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must be extremely guest-oriented, displaying the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
