Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 annually + Performance Bonus & Benefits

Your Role as Assistant General Manager:
In your pivotal role as Assistant General Manager, you will stand as a cornerstone of our management team, supporting the General Manager in leading our establishment to new heights. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering an exceptional dining experience for our patrons, and nurturing a motivated and cohesive team. Your innovative strategies and leadership will play a critical role in our mission to exceed expectations in every aspect of our operations.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Operational Excellence: Assist in developing and enforcing policies that ensure smooth operations. Provide input on adjustments to strategies to better meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Elevate Dining Experience: Help oversee all aspects of presentation, taste, service, and atmosphere to secure an unparalleled dining experience for all guests.
- Team Leadership: Support in supervising a dynamic team, facilitating effective communication and fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Compliance and Safety: Assist in maintaining compliance with health codes and food safety standards. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Financial Oversight: Aid in financial management tasks including P&L reviews, budgeting processes, daily financial reporting, and cost control measures.
Collaborative Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the Chef and Sommelier to promote specials and enhance the menu.
- Involved in disciplinary actions and participate in weekly management meetings to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably in fine dining. Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues with finesse.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Ability to foster a team environment and encourage growth.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and product knowledge.
- Education: Relevant education in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
