Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant, overseeing daily operations and driving satisfactory results through people development, sales, and profit growth. Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a food service supervisor role in a restaurant is a must for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
• The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must have a true desire to mentor and develop others.
• Proficiency in achieving solid finances for the organization is essential for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
• The Restaurant Assistant General Manager must be extremely guest-oriented, displaying the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required for the Restaurant Assistant General Manager.
