- A minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the General Manager
- The Assistant General Manager must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- A requirement for the General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- The Assistant General Manager must be fluent in English
- The Assistant General Manager must have strong computer skills and knowledge of Open Table and Compeat, Aloha, Excel, payroll software, timekeeping, and Word
- The Assistant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results and understand financial statements
- Honesty, integrity and a love for customer service are all qualities that the Assistant General Manager should possess
- The Assistant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
