Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Salary Range: $55k - $65k
Join our team as an Assistant General Manager in Rocky Mount, where you'll become part of a dynamic, family-oriented environment filled with opportunities for personal and professional growth. We're looking for a candidate with valuable high-volume dining experience—managing an annual revenue of $3M or more—and at least 2 years of salaried management experience. If you have an eye for quality control and the ability to lead a high-efficiency kitchen and front of house operations, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in food safety and handling
- Scheduling and effective management of staff across all departments
- Preparation of precise financial reports
- Supervising payroll and inventory systems
- Overseeing front of house operations and customer service

Her ability was recognized as she was entrusted to oversee more than 20 locations, holding monthly marketing calls, site visits, and launching of new account locations.
