Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: The Assistant General Managers is to follow our policies and procedures. Some of the principal areas the Assistant General Manager focuses on identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, and taking part in personal decisions concerning the restaurant team, leading by example and being a role model of the standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture. The Assistant General Manager will write schedules meeting the requirements of the business so a great customer experience is delivered. This is done while maintaining financial responsibility, building sales and helping manage the restaurant’s budget.

- The Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 1 years
