Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will assist the GM in demonstrating leadership and expertise in all areas of restaurant management areas and be responsible for all restaurant operations, including managing an average of $3.8 million in annual sales. This person will model and demonstrate leadership grounded in our Core Values. Successful performance is measured by the constant delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods, and procedures from the perspective of our stakeholders. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business and results in leadership.

Qualifications:

  • The Assistant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must
  • The Assistant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • The Assistant General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
