Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will oversee all functions of the restaurant to ensure high standards of customer service are being met, as well as the production of high-quality products. The Restaurant General Manager in this position will manage a staff of approximately 20-30a employees by assigning, overseeing and evaluating their work and will oversee recommending promotions, transfers or terminations of employees based on performance. The Restaurant General Manager will delegate and be responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the restaurant to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft. The Restaurant General Manager will execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.

Qualifications:
The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
The Restaurant General Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant.

Once again, she was called on to support over 20 locations by hosting monthly marketing calls, site visits, and opening new account locations.

Adele is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports on the weekends, and cooking with her husband.
