We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager in the Nashville, TN. We represent a fast growing concept that is new to the market and is expanding. As a regional company that has a unique take on South Western cuisine the position offers a lot of room for advancement and the ability to earn a great income including bonus and benefits. If you are an Assistant Kitchen Manager with at least one year of experience overseeing a high volume, full service kitchen we would love to hear from you.
The Assistant Kitchen Manager will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and General Manager and will be responsible for the day to day operations of this very busy kitchen. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will be working in a scratch kitchen handling a range of international foods and leading the team of cooks in prep and production.
