Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Assist in the overall daily operations, ensuring efficient opening and closing duties.
- Front & Back-of-House Management: Oversee seamless execution of both front and back-of-house operations.
- Compliance: Maintain stringent compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Leadership: Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, taking full responsibility for store performance and team management.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
