Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Assist in the overall daily operations, ensuring efficient opening and closing duties.
• Front & Back-of-House Management: Oversee seamless execution of both front and back-of-house operations.
• Compliance: Maintain stringent compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
• Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Leadership: Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, taking full responsibility for store performance and team management.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
