Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The restaurant manager will provide support to the general manager in the daily operations of the restaurant as well as managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained and continually improved. The restaurant manager will perform operational activities such as inventory management, scheduling, sanitation, preparing and maintaining stock, and monitoring food supplies. The person in this position will also communicate and abide by all company policies and procedures. The restaurant manager will aid in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team members.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years current experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service concept
High volume background; must have restaurant manager experience in restaurants doing over $3 million in sales per year
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Outstanding work ethic and drive to succeed
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
