Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations
We have an opening for an Assistant Manager for an iconic, destination restaurant in the Waverly area of Southern Virginia. Non-local candidates are encouraged to apply for this desirable area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced full service Manager to reap the rewards of running a successful restaurant business.
The ownership group may also work on a long term bonus and incentive plan.
The ideal candidate will have a background in busy, high volume, high foot traffic full service operations. Bar experience is not required for this concept.
Ideal backgrounds may include franchise, independent or corporate themed restaurants in the full service family dining segment.
We may also consider Managers from buffet style operations.
Fundamentally, candidates must have a proven track record of leadership, business management from sales growth to profit delivery.
The restaurant has a full team of FOH and BOH managers, supervisors and crew members looking for the right leader to move the business to the next level.
This opportunity comes with an excellent work balance schedule, early closing and a premium compensation point for the geographical area.
Base salary in the $38K range.
